The accommodation provider undertakes to indicate, in an updated manner, the ADR entity(ies) that is/are actually competent and to which it is bound, in accordance with the official list made available on the website of the Direção-Geral do Consumidor (Portuguese Consumer Directorate-General) (www.consumidor.gov.pt). Users are advised to consult that list in order to confirm which entity is competent for their specific dispute.
